The wellness plan contains personalized herbal, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations. This service does not include the cost of herbs, formulas, or supplements. *Paperwork required before the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hours cancelations or no shows will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
